We offer you a Guarantee when you buy a home through us.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase of your home, we will sell it for you with no charge for our services. |
Resale Guarantee
If you obtain a home through an Ala Carte Realty Agent, and are not 100% pleased with it, Ala Carte Realty will sell it for you with no charge for our services.
The following conditions must be met:
- You must have purchased your home through an Ala Carte Realty Agent.
- You must sign an Ala Carte Realty Gold Listing agreement within 3 months of the day you obtained title to your property.
- You agree to purchase a 1 year Home Warranty for the new Buyer, to be paid at closing.
- You agree to have your home listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and you agree to pay a commission of at least 3% of the sale price to the Buyer’s Agent. Ala Carte Realty's services for listing and marketing the home will be TOTALLY FREE.
- You agree to list the home at a list price that is no more than 3% above the appraised value.
- You agree to make all repairs recommended by Ala Carte Realty prior to putting your home on the market.
- You agree to allow a lock box to be installed for ease of showing.
- If you purchase another home within one year of selling your home, then you agree to use Ala Carte Realty exclusively to obtain the new home. Further, you agree to sign a one-year Preferred Buyer Agreement with Ala Carte Realty at the same time as you sign the listing agreement to sell the current home.
- This agreement must be signed by all parties.
